Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming
At Pandido, we understand that responsible gaming is fundamental to a positive and sustainable experience. We provide a range of tools designed to help you manage your play effectively. These features are available within your account settings, allowing you to set boundaries that align with your preferences.
Setting Financial Limits
To help you maintain control over your spending, we offer several deposit and loss limit options. These can be set on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
- **Deposit Limits:** Control the total amount you can deposit within a specified period. Find these options under 'Account Settings' > 'Limits'.
- **Loss Limits:** Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a chosen timeframe. These are also managed within 'Account Settings' > 'Limits'.
- **Session Limits:** Define the maximum duration for a single gaming session. This encourages mindful play and is located in 'Account Settings' > 'Limits'.
Managing Your Playtime
We also provide tools to help you monitor and manage the time you spend playing.
- **Reality Checks:** These alerts can be configured to appear at regular intervals during your gaming sessions, reminding you of the time spent and any net wins or losses. Activate these in 'Account Settings' > 'Responsible Gaming'.
- **Time-Outs:** If you wish to take a short break from gaming, you can implement a time-out lasting from 24 hours up to six weeks. This can be set directly within your 'Account Settings' > 'Responsible Gaming' section.
Self-Exclusion
For players who feel they need to take a more significant break, we offer a self-exclusion option. This is a more permanent measure that effectively closes your Pandido account for a specified period (minimum six months) or indefinitely.
To initiate self-exclusion, please contact our support team directly via email at support@pandido.com. Our team will guide you through the process. Once self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed during the chosen period.
We also provide links to external support organisations for those who may need additional assistance. You can find these resources on our Responsible Gaming page.
